Does anyone know the "story" od pyramid head? Like...what he is? He has like a butcher apron on. and like black rubber boots. An he is wearing like a metal pyramid on his head...why? It's just a disturbing monster and very interesting. If anyone knows his story, or any history behind the creature, please tell me.

In the game, Pyrmid Head appears to be a part of James. The part that killed his wife, the part that he feared so much he had to forgot about.
Damn, Pyramid Head was the only reason why I played Silent Hill 2 till the end. I didn't like James that much, and the others characters where such a pain (I really wanted to kill Maria)... And the story... It was so scattered and boring (just my opinion, but I know a lot of people who loved the plot).
So, Pyramid Head is James' worst side.
